  • Revenue & Forest search
3. Development Approvals

  • Conversion of Zone & Location clearance from State Govt.
  • N.A & assessment tax from Collector
  • Approvals from local authority such as Gram Panchayat NOC
  • Environmental Approvals such as Environmental clearances, Consent to establish & Operate & Compliance Reporting to respective authorities
  • Project Plan Approvals such as Master Plan & Building layout
  • Utilities Approvals such as Power, Water, Fire station, Police station, Communication & Commutation
